It's Secondo's Birthday!

It's Secondo's birthday. At her request, we went pumpkin picking at Smolak Farms.

The first thing we did when we got to the farm was go in the corn maze. Or rather, Plum took the kids in the corn maze while Joy, Cupcake, and I hung out with Rosie the dog because we are lazy.

 After the maze, we decided to go on a hay ride. There was a stupidly long line, but fortunately the line went past a deer pen so the kids could feed and watch the deer. Better yet, we had cold apple cider to drink and hot apple cider doughnuts to eat while we waited!

Finally we got on the hay ride. This hay ride was a "Halloween Hayride" featuring the Alice in Wonderland characters. The premise was that Alice was lost and we were on a search for her way home with her, getting candy along the way. Primo was confused by this premise. "Don't you have GPS on your phone?" he asks. "What is a phone?" she replies...

After the hay ride it was time to get our pumpkins. We got SO MANY pumpkins. It's a little ridiculous.
